A Bit of History

Located opposite the very “village-like” Bercy quarter of Paris, just behind France’s new national library building, the Halle Freyssinet is a masterpiece of 20th-century industrial architecture. This particularly elegant building was designed in 1927 by Eugène Freyssinet, who experimented here with his two inventions: pre-stressed concrete and the use of vibration to compact concrete.

The Halle Freyssinet belongs to the industrial heritage of Paris.

Three long naves, large windows, vaults of thin reinforced-concrete shell, exterior canopies running the length of the façades, use of technical innovations coupled with an aesthetic dimension.

This venue offers greater freedom and allows SATIS to open itself up to new possibilities:

• Interior and exterior displays
• Reception areas that favour networking
• A new space for your creativity
• A loft feeling

A 1 350 m2 mezzanine offering a magnificent view over the entire event.
