Before the show, publicize your presence: all the tools at your disposal
Inform your customers
> With “VIP” badges: reserve a privileged invitation for your best customers with access to the VIP club and all its advantages. (quota: see Technical Guide)
> Invitations: free and in unlimited quantities
> e-invitations: customizable and free
> Publicize your presence through the show e-mailings (quote and schedule on request)
Before the show, prepare your stand and your teams
> Place your technical orders (electricity, parking, …)
> Order your exhibitor badges (quota: 1 badge for every 3m² of stand space)
> Fill out the Internet form which will be used to publish the Visitors’ Guide (during July)
> Book your travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
During the Show
> Fill out a contact form for each person who visits your stand
> Remember to keep the press office stocked with your press kits
